I absolutely LOVE cars, I'm a guy, what can I say? When my good friend Jodi called me up and asked if I wanted to shoot with her friends Camero RS, I couldn't say no, and Paris was more than willing to loan me her pretty face, because, well, I'm a portrait guy, and I like people. So we headed up a small back road in Logan (which I foolishly thought wouldn't be busy, but after moving the car out of the street numerous times, I learned!). Anyway, I had an absolutely wonderful time with Paris making some fun and spunky pictures. Enjoy!

Courtney is an amazing model from Burley Idaho, and I recently had the fantastic opportunity to spend the morning working with her! She is so incredibly humble and beautiful, it was really a great time to shoot some images with her and get to know her. I found her on Facebook years ago and we have been talking about how we want to shoot together for ages! Finally we met up this past Saturday and made some images and talked about how much fun it is to work with! And guess what!? She's working on her application and images for America's Next Top Model! Ah! I really hope she gets on there and makes it big, she has such talent for being in front of the camera! Good luck Courtney! Thanks again!

As the nights have been getting longer and colder, I've spent more time shooting in the dark. This past week I decided to really focus on shooting the stars rather than the fall leaves. Fall is a fantastic time of year to shoot the night sky due to the amount of rain Utah receives this time of year. Those nights right after it rains and the air is clear and crisp is a fantastic time to get out and view the beautiful night sky! Late night blogging again! Tonight I met with the Cache Valley Photographers Club and talked with them on the basics of using off camera flash and studio light set ups, and what a fantastic evening it was! I loved work with all the enthusiastic people and helping them see the amazing images they can make once they take control of the lights available to them. Thanks to everyone who came and for all the fun we had!
