About
Mike Johnson is a full time photographer who lives in Cache Valley Utah with his wife, Jessie. He has been shooting professionally for about three years and studying for photography for five years. He specializes in commercial and portrait photography. His style is well- lit, bright and colorful images. He loves to work with people and make them enjoy their photographing experience. Mike and Jessie own a studio in historic downtown Logan.
Mike is the President of the Cache Valley Photographers, and loves working with others to help them learn more about photography. He teaches classes with the Cache Valley Center for the Arts, and Bridgerland Applied Technology College focusing most of his teaching on beginning to intermediate photography and studio lighting techniques.
Besides photography Mike loves the outdoors. Both Mike and Jessie enjoy camping, hiking and fishing together. Mike also loves gardening and trying not to kill off all the plants around his house. If he's not working on creating better images, you'd probably find him up Logan Canyon or road tripping somewhere pretty!
